2006 Joh. Bapt. SCHAFER Classic Riesling
This is a crisp zingy Riesling which is wonderfully refreshing in Singapore’s climate. White peach aromas lead to crisp fruit flavours of green apples and ripe tangerines. With nice minerality and a persistent dry finish, this wine will brighten the flavour of seafood and delicate steamed or poached dishes. This Riesling is drinking well now, displaying fruity freshness, but it will develop nicely over the next four years.

BABO wines - the new Italian experience
Italy is a maze of different varieties and styles. BABO celebrates and captures this diversity by producing wines which are truly regional and varietal. Jovis winemaker Justin Bubb works with select growers to produce wines of elegance and purity, with a focus on vibrancy of fruit, freshness, texture and balanced complexity. BABO is made across four regions using varieties native to those areas, and it comes in four flavours. See our BABO wines page for more details.
