Made from native Sicilian varieties Grillo and Cattarato, this wine is delicately perfumed with underlying grapefruit and melon aromas. The Grillo gives nice ripe stone fruit characters and texture, while the Cataratto lends finesse and elegance.

100% Nero d'Avola
From the hot climate of Sicily where the native Sicilian variety Nero d'Avola thrives, this red is well-suited for enjoyment in Singapore's climate. Jovis winemaker Justin Bubb works with select growers to produce this dangerously-drinkable red that dashes across the palate in waves of fresh, ripe berry fruit flavours. Aromatic cherry and blueberry on the nose leads into a full fleshy palate of plums, prunes and blackberries entwined with a soft coating of tannin.

100% Sangiovese
This red is a blend of Sangiovese sourced by winemaker Justin Bubb from the northern border of Chianti Classico (80%) and Maremma (20%) on the west coast of Tuscany. It shows all the hallmark savouriness of Sangiovese, with a nice kick of dark cherries and subtle spice giving the palate depth and weight. Soft fine tannin and balanced acidity provide a gently grippy finish. Perfect for everyday enjoyment in Singapore.
