Our wines are personally selected by winemaker Justin Bubb from boutique vineyards in Italy and other regions. Justin is passionate
about wines that reflect the essence of the land from which they come
– wines with real character and a definitive 'post code'! These are the
wines which winemakers love to drink!
Many of our wines are from Italy, because we believe Italian wines
are ideal for Singapore’s climate and lifestyle. Our Italian wines are balanced and elegant, and are designed to complement food, rather
than dominate it. We believe this is essential for the enjoyment of Singapore’s many varied cuisines!
